Today in the kitchen, there is a dish called Baijiu chicken.It is a Thai food adapted from a Chinese dish.There is a stir-fry herb called Sam Klue as an ingredient, and I add Chinese wine to make this dish smell good.it's very good I've been eating this dish since I was a kid.


​Baijiu chicken

300g fried chicken

Thai herbs for stir-frying

coriander root

garlic

black pepper

Tomato puree 1 tsp.

Tomato sauce 1 tsp.

Chili sauce 1 1/2 tsp.

Coconut sugar 1 tsp.

Baijiu 3 tbsp.

Coconut oil 1 tsp.

Set the pan over medium heat. Stir-fry Thai herbs for stir-frying until fragrant. then add Chinese Baijiu and take a time to burning alcohol

Add tomato paste, ketchup, chili sauce and stir to combine.

Season with coconut sugar. low sodium fish sauce

Then put the fried chicken into the pan and mix thoroughly. Turn off the stove.


Served with Sangyod brown rice, pickled ginger and boiled vegetables
