BBQ Chicken with Raisin Fried Rice| 886Kcal


Hello everyone

Today is another day that I have the pleasure of being in the kitchen and making a VDO Cooking book.

Today's menu is a menu that has been inspired by “American Fried Rice” Thai dish, English name

There are in Thailand, but not in America.

As I was trying to stop eating sausages, hams, what I thought was How delicious would it be if I made BBQ chicken? and eat it with American fried rice.

​BBQ Chicken with Raisin Fried Rice

500 g of chicken

1 - 1/2 cup tomato puree

1 cup chili sauce

Ginger ⅓ cup

Garlic ⅓ cup

1 tablespoon oregano

1/2 tbsp rosemary

1 tbsp ground cinnamon

½ teaspoon salt

¼ cup honey

4 cups of water

raisins

Sang Yod Rice 150 g.

1 tbsp coconut oil

120 grams of protein

34 grams of Carbs

30 grams of fat


Chicken in BBQ Sauce

set pan on medium heat Put the chicken in the pan to give it a nice color on the outside.

Then add all the spices and ingredients. Tomato puree, chili sauce, ginger, garlic, oregano, rosemary, ground cinnamon, salt, honey and water; heat in pan, simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes.


Fried Sangyod Rice with Raisins

Heat a pan, put coconut oil in it. Add raisins and rice. Stir-fry without adding seasoning. because we already got the taste from raisins

When finished, eat them together. It's very delicious.
