Today's menu is a menu that has been inspired by “American Fried Rice” Thai dish, English name
There are in Thailand, but not in America.
As I was trying to stop eating sausages, hams, what I thought was How delicious would it be if I made BBQ chicken? and eat it with American fried rice.
BBQ Chicken with Raisin Fried Rice 500 g of chicken 1 - 1/2 cup tomato puree 1 cup chili sauce Ginger ⅓ cup Garlic ⅓ cup 1 tablespoon oregano 1/2 tbsp rosemary 1 tbsp ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon salt ¼ cup honey 4 cups of water raisins Sang Yod Rice 150 g. 1 tbsp coconut oil | Nutrition Energy 886 Kcal 120 grams of protein 34 grams of Carbs 30 grams of fat |
Chicken in BBQ Sauce
set pan on medium heat Put the chicken in the pan to give it a nice color on the outside.
Then add all the spices and ingredients. Tomato puree, chili sauce, ginger, garlic, oregano, rosemary, ground cinnamon, salt, honey and water; heat in pan, simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes.
Fried Sangyod Rice with Raisins
Heat a pan, put coconut oil in it. Add raisins and rice. Stir-fry without adding seasoning. because we already got the taste from raisins
When finished, eat them together. It's very delicious.
