Butternut Squash Chicken Curry|968 Kcal

Today in my kitchen there is a Thai curry called “Butternut Squash Chicken Curry”.

This is a Thai red curry. The curry soup has coconut milk as the main ingredient.

I use Butternut Squash instead Thai Pumpkin.Its taste is very good, sweet. The flavor from it.

i seasoning just a little but very delicious.


Butternut Squash Chicken Curry

  • 250 g chicken breast

  • 250 g butternut swash

  • red chilli

  • basil

  • red curry paste

  • 1 tsp shrimp paste

  • 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 1 tbsp low sodium fish sauce

  • 250 mg coconut milk

  • 250 mg of water

60 grams of protein

47 grams of Carbs

60 grams of fat


Set the pan over low heat. Stir fried curry paste with coconut milk, Add the chicken and stir-fry. Turn up the fire followed by the pumpkin. Stir to combine and then add the coconut milk, add water

when everything is cooked and the pumpkin meat is tender. Season with coconut sugar and fish sauce and stir the ingredients together.add red chilli and the basil goes down
