Chicken in brown sauce with Thai Healthy rice

​100 gram chicken

1 tbsp wheat flour

1/2 tbsp coriander root

1 tsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp sugar

1/2 tsp sweet black soy sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

2 tbsp olive oil

150 g sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup water

1/2 tsp soy sauce

3 cups cooked brown rice

Peppers, Coriander leaves, sweet chili for garnish

Mix chicken meat with 2 teaspoons of wheat flour. In a bowl, mix thoroughly. Add coriander root, soy sauce, sugar, sweet black soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix again and Marinate in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
