​150 g. Sang Yod Rice 100 g. Steamed crab meat 1 tbsp coconut oil 3 tablespoons of coconut milk 15 grams of lemongrass 15 grams of galangal 2 cloves of garlic 1 shallot 1 ½ tbsp fish sauce 5 kaffir lime leaves 2 chili peppers lemon coriander

Pound lemongrass, garlic, chilies and shallots, into Pestle Stone, set aside. Heat the oil and put a Tom kha herd into a pan ,stir until fragrant. Add crab meat , coconut milk andSang Yod rice , then season with fish sauce Turn up the heat, stir everything together well, add the kaffir lime leaves. garnish with the remaining crab meat.
