Hight Protein ,Creamy and Thai Tast. This is a Creamy Omelet with Minced Pork Panang Curry.

​Creamy Omelet with Minced Pork Panang Curry


2 eggs

150 g minced pork

1 tbsp panang curry paste

100 mg. Coconut milk (or soy milk)

1 - 2 teaspoons fish sauce

1 - 2 tsp coconut sugar

kaffir lime leaves

red chilli

1 -2 tbsp coconut oil

150 g. Sang Yod Rice

Creamy Omelet

Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. and stir the eggs to make the yolk and white together.

put a little oil and set the pan over low heat. Put the eggs into the pan. don't let the eggs stick to the pan, when eggs cooked about 70% . put them on a plate of rice.


Minced Pork Panang Curry

set the pan on medium heat. adding a half coconut milk , Panang curry paste. Stir-fry until curry paste cooked well and have a good small from Thai herb , add minced pork and stir-fry until cooked. Then add the coconut milk

seasoning with fish sauce and coconut sugar. add kaffir lime leaves.

Turn off the heat and scoop the cooked panang. put over the Creamy Omelet eggs that we have already made.
