Garlic Chili Fried Rice with Grilled Seabass with Salt


150 g. Sea bass fillet

150 g. Sang Yod Rice

1 tbsp garlic

1 tbsp chili

1 tbsp soy sauce

1/ 4 tsp Ground white pepper

a little salt

1 tbsp coconut oil





  • Heat a pan with a little oil. Then grill the sea bass that has been sprinkled with a little salt over low heat until cooked.

  • Heat the pan over medium heat, when it's hot, add the coconut oil. Add garlic, chili, and stir quickly until fragrant.

  • add sang yod rice (thai haelty red rice) soy sauce, ground white pepper, stir-fry until the rice is prefcet.turn off the heat, serve with grilled sea bass with salt.
