Garlic Chili Fried Rice with Grilled Seabass with Salt
150 g. Sea bass fillet
150 g. Sang Yod Rice
1 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp chili
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/ 4 tsp Ground white pepper
a little salt
1 tbsp coconut oil
Heat a pan with a little oil. Then grill the sea bass that has been sprinkled with a little salt over low heat until cooked.
Heat the pan over medium heat, when it's hot, add the coconut oil. Add garlic, chili, and stir quickly until fragrant.
add sang yod rice (thai haelty red rice) soy sauce, ground white pepper, stir-fry until the rice is prefcet.turn off the heat, serve with grilled sea bass with salt.
