Today is the day I quit powder.I made Thai style grilled fish for today. Because it provides protein and I can eat vegetables without getting rid of them.I use this menu as well. This is enough to keep the fish fresh, fresh and flavorful.This is my father's favorite dish. And I think it's safe food for sick people like my father.

  • 1 tilapia

  • 250 g of salt

  • 1/2 cup rice flour

  • lemon grass

  • galangal

  • kaffir lime leaves

  • Baby Block Choi

  • tomato

  • Seafood Dipping Sauce
