Today in my home kitchen there is a Thai dish, Stir Fried Chicken Liver with Basil and Yellow Chili. This dish is different from the traditional Thai basil. I added yellow peppers. It's one of those simple and delicious dishes that I think you can spend some time in the kitchen on the weekends to try this dish and make a happy time with your family


​Stir Fried Chicken Liver with Basil and Yellow Chili

  • 150 g of chicken liver

  • 3 tablespoons of milk

  • chilli basil

  • 1 yellow pepper

  • 3-5 chili peppers

  • 3 cloves of garlic

  • 1 cup of Basil

  • 1 tbsp low sodium fish sauce

  • 1 tbsp coconut sugar

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Marinated Chicken Liver

Place the chicken liver in a mixing bowl and add fresh milk. Marinate at room temperature for 10 -15 minutes before cooking.


Fried basil

Heat a pan over low heat, add coconut oil. followed by chili and basil Stir until fragrant.Then add the marinated chicken liver. Stir fry until the chicken liver is cooked well. Season with coconut sugar and low sodium fish sauce. Stir to combine the ingredients. Add basil and stir fry a little bit. Turn off the heat Serve with Sangyod brown rice
